A Captain's home, first and foremost, is to the sea. Having regained the purpose and freedom to navigate the oceans once more, Thyra can predominently be found on The Vector Gallica, Limsa Lominsa, or varying port towns and cities where her work takes her. The Vector Gallica is first and foremost, a hunter amongst the waters, tracking down creatures, Blasphemies and pirates of note, but it can also offer secure passage to those who might need it, and is assisting with the recovery efforts across Hydaelyn.Bounty hunters, or those with a call or mission to the seas can certainly try and enlist her ship to assist, or are welcome to come along for the ride. Researchers who might take an interest in seeing an Nymian warship at work might find their curiosity piqued, but subsequently disappointed when discovering certain areas off limits.However, those of the aether-sensing sort might notice something amiss towards the bottom of the hull, coalescing with Thyra's own; not to mention the particular ferocity of the ship itself, or the slick red that occasionally appears over the deck during moments of conflict...

A veteran of various battles of what is now monikered the Grand Company of Eorzea, Thyra has been a familiar face over the years, fighting alongside the Company of Heroes against Leviathan, amongst the ranks of Carteneau as the skies hurtled down, and even more recently amongst the Ilsabard Contingent. Tends to be more at home around soldiers, veterans and those that have been tested by conflict.Her particular career has meant that she is fortunate to be well-travelled, to have friends and contacts throughout Eorzea and beyond - and undoubtedly more than enough enemies throughout her years of service. There are many reasonable chances in which you may have encountered her, and further more to come.

In the past year, before her recent captaincy, Thyra found herself stranded and cut off from the Maelstrom following a disasturous end to a mission; corrupted by dragons blood, the trail for revenge and a cure led her from the Dravanian Forelands to the jungles of Thavnair before going cold.The search for the latter has not ceased, though alleviated somewhat by current contingencies, and when the times seem most dire, she would be subject to reaching out to healers, academics and the like who might have more insight to this particular affliction.
